Terms and Conditions for TheaterWorks Studio
Welcome to TheaterWorks Studio. By enrolling in our classes or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Enrollment and Payment
To enroll in a class, you must complete the registration process and pay the corresponding fee. We offer various packages, including monthly memberships and drop-in classes. Payment can be made online through our secure payment gateway.
Class Packages and Cancellation
Our class packages, including Beginner, Advanced, Complete Package, Private Lessons, Drop-in Classes, and Annual Membership, are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged. Refunds are not available for missed classes.
Conduct and Behavior
All students are expected to maintain respectful behavior in classes and at our studio. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct will result in removal from the class without a refund.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any of our classes, you acknowledge that acting and performance activities involve certain risks. TheaterWorks Studio is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during class participation.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by TheaterWorks Studio, including course materials, are the intellectual property of the studio. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
